One of the exceptions to the general guideline for manipulating devices comes when trying to rotate a device label. The default behavior of labels is to rotate back to 0 when the device is rotated so that they can always be easily read. To override this behavior, go to

Modify DevicesRotate Device Label
Click on the label you want to rotate.
Adjust the label into the new position and click to finish the rotation. If you press space bar, the label will reset the rotation angle to 0.
The command is complete.
The Rotate Device Label command applies to the following list of device labels.

| • | Light Fixture Callouts when they are a part of the light fixture block |
