Edit Project List
|Top Previous Next|
The Edit Project List command allows you to add or remove pipe types from the project list. You can also edit the order in which pipe types appear in the picklist. To edit the project list, select:
DM Plumbing Customization Pipe Types Edit Project List
The Pipe Type dialog box will appear.
Name: this displays the full name of the pipe type. To edit, click on the field and type the new name.
Short Name: this displays the shorthand, or abbreviated name of the pipe type. To edit, click on the field and type the new name. When the pipe type is first created, this short name is used to generate the new layer names.
New: this button allows you to create new pipe types and opens the dialog box.
When creating a new pipe type, Design Master Plumbing copies the definition of an existing pipe type to get the new pipe type started. It is up to you to then make the necessary edits in the other pipe type definition areas. Those settings include Layers, Graphics, Labels, Linetypes, and Flow Categories.
Delete: this button removes pipe types from the project list.
Move Up and Move Down: these buttons allow you to rearrange the order in which the pipe types are displayed by moving them up and down the list.
