Photometrics: Aiming Light Fixtures

Wednesday, June 9th, 2010

When doing outdoor photometrics or indoor egress photometrics, you can aim light fixtures at a specific point on the ground using the Aim Light Fixture command.

Ribbon: DM Electrical->Point-by-Point Photometrics->  Aim Light Fixture
DM Photometrics->Light Fixtures->  Aim

Pulldown Menu: DM Electrical->Point-by-Point Photometrics->Aim Light Fixture
DM Photometrics->Aim Light Fixture

This command is helpful when aiming lights on an athletic field or aiming emergency lights to make sure the path is properly illuminated.
