Because Design Master has one database for each project, it is possible to insert the graphics of defined rooms from any given floor into individual drawings in the project. This command does not change the information in the database, rather it utilizes the information already in the database to update the drawing graphics.

The Insert Room Outlines dialog box will appear.
Select the floor you wish to insert onto the drawing. Press OK.
Design Master will erase any rooms from that floor that are on the current drawing, and then redraw all rooms from the same floor based on the current definitions in the database. If you have multiple drawings in a project with the room outlines shown, and you change the room outlines on one drawing, the database for all the drawings is changed. In order to have each drawing reflect these changes, you will need to save and close the drawing where you made the changes and either reopen the other drawings or use the Coordinate Drawings and Database command.
