To circuit a device (light fixture, receptacle, or equipment) to a panel, go to

The Circuiting dialog box will appear.
The first step is to select the panel you want to work with. Use the One Line Device selector in the top-left corner of the dialog box.
Once you have selected a panel, select the specific circuit you want to circuit to by clicking once on the circuit. Press Circuit Devices. (You may also double-click on the circuit, which will bypass the need for pressing Circuit Devices but will accomplish the same steps.) Whichever method you chose, you will now be taken to the drawing to select the objects you wish to circuit.
