Design Master allows you to choose if you want to display tick marks on loops between devices or not. As a default, Design Master will place tick marks on all loops between devices.
To change whether or not tick marks are drawn on loops between devices, go to

CustomizationOptionsEdit Project List
Expand the Homerun Options section of the Design Master Electrical Options dialog box.
Go to the Display tick marks on loops line. Under the Value column, use the pulldown menu (see below picture) to select Yes or No. Then press OK. (Even if this option is set to No, you may still insert tick marks manually using the Insert Tick Marks command.)
All new loops will be drawn according to your new customization settings. Any existing loops will need to be redrawn to reflect the new customization settings.
