Using Edit Project List to change customization settings will change the settings in the current project only. Use the Edit Standards List command to change the master customization settings.
Using Options 
Edit Project List allows you to change the options for wire sizing, receptacle labels, homeruns, tick mark blocks, light fixtures, equipment callouts, leader arrows, custom loads, limits for receptacle circuit counts and circuit amps, circuit descriptions, voltage drop and transformers, and showing unused receptacles and light fixtures in schedules.
