OneLineBreakerCount1(ElecDB, sType, Volts, sFrameSize, sEnclosure, AIC, sLayerSystem)
This function returns a count of enclosed breakers and disconnects from the database. All of the arguments except ElecDB are optional. To not filter on a specific argument, pass it as "".
sType: The type of the breaker or disconnect. The possible types are:
Volts: The voltage of the breaker or disconnect. The possible breaker or disconnect voltages are:
sFrameSize: The frame size of the breaker or disconnect.
sEnclosure: The enclosure of the breaker or disconnect. The possible types are:
AIC: The AIC rating of the breaker or disconnect.
