TransformerCount1(ElecDB, sPrimaryVolts, sSecondaryVolts, sKVA, sKRated, sLayerSystem)
This function returns a count of transformers from the database. All of the arguments except ElecDB are optional. To not filter on a specific argument, pass it as "".
sPrimaryVolts: The primary voltage of the transformer. The possible transformer voltages are:
sSecondaryVolts: The secondary voltage of the transformer. The possible transformer voltages are:
sKVA: The KVA of the transformer.
sKRated: Whether the transformer is k-rated or not. Pass as either "Yes" or "No".
