Building Definition Room Project Schedule
The Room Electrical Design Criteria Master dialog box will open.
Press Import from Room Master Schedule. The Import Master Record dialog box will open.
Select the room to import. If a new room is being imported, select Create New Record in Schedule. If a room has been created in the Room Master Schedule and needs to be updated in the Room Project Schedule, select Update Current Record in Schedule.
Press OK. Design Master will copy the room from the Room Master Schedule into the Room Project Schedule, retaining the information attached to it. You will be returned to the Room Electrical Design Criteria Schedule dialog box.
To import additional rooms, repeat the process. Or, if you wish to import all the rooms in the Master Schedule, in the Import Master Record dialog box above, press Import Entire Group after confirming the group indicated to the right of the Current Group field is the group you wish to import. If it is not, press Select Group to select the desired group. Once you have pressed Import Entire Group, you will see a Design Master dialog box.
If you press Yes, Design Master will delete the rooms in the Project Schedule and replace them with those in the Master Schedule group you chose. If you press No, Design Master will add the rooms in the Master Schedule to those already in the Project Schedule.
