Junction Boxes via Receptacle Insertion |
Top Previous Next |
|
One way that a junction box may be created with a load is to create a receptacle with a junction box graphic. Create a receptacle as you normally would; however, when you are selecting receptacle type, choose J-BOX, which will select a junction box graphic. The junction box as a receptacle functions exactly as any other receptacle with regards to insertion, modification, and circuiting. See Receptacles for more information about handling receptacles. You may wish to change the text in the Panel Description field to read something other than "receptacle." You may make this change either when inserting the junction box as a receptacle, or you may modify this Panel Description using the same process you would use to edit a receptacle.
