It is possible to trace a low voltage layout done by someone, such as an architect, who does not have Design Master. To use this function DM low voltage devices should first be created in the Low Voltage Project Schedule. The Trace Architect's Low Voltage Devices command should be run from the architect's drawing.

The Select Low Voltage Device Group dialog box will appear.
Select your desired low voltage device group and press OK. The Background Mapper dialog box will appear.
From this point on, this command works exactly the same as the Trace Architect's Light Fixtures command. See that help section for more information about how this command works.
