If receptacles have been created in the Receptacle Master Schedule, they are stored in a master database and can be imported into the Receptacle Project Schedule. The difference between importing a project schedule and importing from the master schedule is this: importing a project schedule brings in every receptacle just as it is and all at the same time, while the master schedule allows you to import only the specific receptacles you want and rename them as you go.

The Receptacle Project Schedule will appear.
Press the Import from Master Receptacle Schedule button. Design Master will allow the user to choose which receptacles to import via the Import Master Record dialog box.
Select the receptacle to import. If a new receptacle is being imported, select Create New Record in Schedule. If a receptacle has been created in the Receptacle Master Schedule and needs to be updated in the Receptacle Project Schedule, select Update Current Record in Schedule.
Press OK. Design Master will copy the receptacle from the Receptacle Master Schedule into the Receptacle Project Schedule, retaining the information attached to it.
To import additional receptacles, repeat the process. Or, if you wish to import all the receptacles in the Master Schedule, press Import Entire Group after confirming the group indicated to the right of the Current Group field is the group you wish to import. If it is not, press Select Group. You will see a Design Master dialog box.
If you press Yes, Design Master will delete the receptacles in the Project Schedule and replace them with those in the Master Schedule group you chose. If you press No, Design Master will add the receptacles in the Master Schedule to those already in the Project Schedule.
When you have finished importing receptacles and wish to return to the drawing, press Exit.
