First, to create panel H1 in drawing E1, go to
DM Electrical One Line Devices Panels
The Panel dialog box will open as shown below.
Press New. The New dialog box will open, as shown below.
In the New dialog box, type "H1" as the New Panel Callout and press OK. The panel is now created in the database. The next step is to define the panel.
Set the panel specifications for H1 to match those shown below. (The specifications that you will need to change are highlighted in yellow in the screen shot below. They will not be highlighted on your dialog box. Changing the yellow highlighted areas will cause the blue highlighted areas to match the values shown. These are part of the calculations Design Master Electrical automatically performs.) Once the specifications match, press Save.
Next, create and define panel L1. To do this, repeat the same steps as above when creating and defining H1. The steps are repeated below, along with the screen shot of the L1 Panel dialog so you may match the specifications.
Press New. The New dialog box will open.
Type "L1" for the New Panel Callout and press OK. Enter the specifications for L1 so they match those shown below. (The specifications that you will need to change are highlighted in yellow in the screen shot below.) Once the specifications match, press Save.
You now have two panels defined in the Design Master Electrical database, panel H1 and panel L1. However, these panels have different voltages, which requires that you create a transformer. Press Exit in the Panel dialog to return to the drawing.
