To create a receptacle in drawing E2, go to
DM Electrical 
Receptacles Receptacle Project Schedule
The Receptacle Project Schedule dialog box will open as shown below.
Press New and the New dialog box will open.
Type "DUPLEX" in the box labeled New Receptacle Type and press OK.
Set the receptacle specifications for Duplex to match those shown below. (The specifications that you will need to change are highlighted in yellow in the screen shot below. They will not be highlighted on your dialog box.) Once the specifications match, press Save.
Next, use the same procedure to create the following two receptacles: GFCI and quad.
Set the receptacle specifications for GFCI to match those shown below.
Set the receptacle specifications for quad to match those shown below. To change the block, press Select Block, choose the appropriate block from the Select Receptacle Block dialog box, and press OK. This will change the Description and Block Name as well.
Now you are ready to insert receptacles on the drawing.
