When the Query Device command is used on distribution equipment, it displays and can modify information related to the distribution equipment on the drawing. It does not display all of the information about the equipment.
To modify a distribution equipment that is inserted on the drawing, go to
Ribbon: DM Electrical->Devices-> 
Query Device
Pulldown Menu: DM Electrical->Modify Devices->Query Device
Select the distribution equipment device on the drawing you want to query.

Changes can be made to the distribution equipment block settings when querying the device in the same way as when it was inserted. See the Insert Plan View Block command for more information.
