Help

The Help panel appears on the FireBIM Design tab and FireBIM Riser tab. It includes commands for getting help and managing your FireBIM installation.

Commands

📄️ Help

Opens the documentation on our website.

📄️ Remote Support

Allows Design Master support staff to connect to your computer over the internet. We will be able to see your screen and perform actions on your computer.

📄️ Send Email

Opens a draft email in your preferred email client addressed to support@designmaster.biz.

📄️ Send Project

Allows you to send us a copy of your project for technical support purposes.

📄️ Update License

Allows you to activate or update the license for FireBIM.

📄️ Check In Floating License

Used with floating licenses to immediately check in the license so that another person can use the software.

📄️ Check for Updates

Checks if an update to the add-in is available.

📄️ Remove Parameters

Removes all of the project parameters added by FireBIM to the current project. Use this command if FireBIM parameters were accidentally added to a project where you are not using FireBIM.

Displays information about Design Master and the installation of FireBIM you are currently running.
