Where to Learn More

These tutorials cover the basics of FireBIM. They do not cover all of the features and functionality you might use on a project. Here are a few ways you can learn more about the software.

Visit the Command Reference

The Command Reference contains information about all of the commands in FireBIM.

You can access the command reference from the website, or by running the FireBIM Design→  Help→ Help command. You can also hover over a command on the FireBIM ribbons and press F1 to open the page for that command.

Visit the Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base features in-depth articles covering the features and underlying concepts of FireBIM.

Send Us Your Project

For specific questions, sending us a copy of the project is usually the fastest way to get help.

Use the FireBIM Design→  Help→ Send Project command to send us a copy of your project.

Running the Send Project command will open your browser to https://www.designmaster.biz/send/. Fill out the form and attach your project.

Once we receive your project, we will take a look at it and get back to you with an answer.
