Conduit Groups

The Conduit Groups command is used to create conduit groups. Conduit groups are used to insert conduits on separate layers.

See the General Customization Commands section for more information about how the Edit Project List, Edit Master List, Copy Project List to Master, and Copy Master List to Project commands work.

To create or delete a conduit group in the current project, go to
Ribbon: DME: Customization→Project Customization→  Conduit Groups
Pulldown Menu: DM Electrical→Customization→Conduit Groups→Edit Project List

To create or delete a standard conduit group, go to
Ribbon: DME: Customization→Master & Standards Customization→  Conduit Groups
Pulldown Menu: DM Electrical→Customization→Conduit Groups→Edit Standards List

Conduit 3D Group Dialog Box​

  •  Name ☰ The name of the conduit group.

  •   Press this button to move the selected group up in the list of groups.

  •   Press this button to move the selected group down in the list of groups.

  •   Press this button to delete the selected group. If the group is currently used by a record in the schedule, you will be asked if you want to replace the group in the schedule with another group.

  •   Press this button to create a new group. The Select Conduit Group dialog box will appear.

    Select the conduit group to copy settings from and press the button. A new group will be created. The layers in the new group will match the layers in the copied group.
