Querying Receptacles

To modify a receptacle that is inserted on the drawing, go to
Ribbon: DM Electrical→Modify Devices→ ![Query Device(../modify-devices/query-device.md) icon Query Device
Pulldown Menu: DM Electrical→Modify Devices→Query Device

Select a receptacle on the drawing. The information in the database regarding the selected receptacle will be displayed in the Query Receptacle dialog box.

Changes can be made to the receptacle in the same way as when it was inserted. Visit the Insert Receptacle section for more information.

  •  Current Circuit: The circuit that the load on the receptacle is connected to. To modify the circuit, use the Circuiting command.
