Trace Architect's Receptacles

The Trace Architect's Receptacles command is used to trace the receptacle layout from another drawing that does not have Design Master entities.

Before using this command, create receptacles using the Receptacle Project Schedule command.

This command should be run on the drawing from which you are copying the receptacle layout. Do not run this command on the drawing you are using for your electrical design.

Both drawings must be in the same folder.

To trace a receptacle layout, go to
Ribbon: DM Electrical→Devices→  Trace Architect's Receptacles
Pulldown Menu: DM Electrical→Receptacles→Trace Architect's Receptacles
