Pipe Flow Categories

Top  Previous  Next

Design Master Plumbing allows you to enter flow values on pipes and then have them tracked and added up throughout the pipe system.  You are able to customize the types of flow categories available for each pipe type.  Common examples of flow categories include fixture units (FU), gallons per minute (GPM), and water closets (WC).  The flow category has no bearing on the process of adding up the values in a pipe system, but does affect how the values are then labeled.  The links below will explain how to create, edit, remove, and generally manage your pipe flow categories.
