Horizontal Connections

There are two types of fixture connections, vertical and horizontal.  There are two sets of commands to handle both types.  They function exactly in exactly the same way, except that vertical connections leave the fixture at its current elevation and the horizontal connection moves the fixture to match the elevation of the pipe it is being connected to.
