There are two options in Design Master Electrical that control how wire callouts are displayed on homeruns. To set these options, go to “DM Electrical->Customization->Options”.
Display Wire Callouts on Homeruns
- Yes: Homeruns will include wire callouts or tick marks when inserted. Combined homeruns will be inserted with tick marks. If the wire is #12, no size label will be inserted. If it is larger than #12, a short size label will be inserted.
- No: Homeruns will not include wire callouts or tick marks. All that will be inserted is the homerun arrow. Combined homeruns will not display tick marks.
Display Tick Marks on Homeruns
If the first option is set to no, this option has no affect.
- Yes: Tick marks will be displayed in place of wire callouts if the wires are #12. For wires #10 and larger, full wire callouts will be displayed.
- No: Full wire callouts will always be displayed. Tick marks will never be shown on homeruns.
Maybe you can dim and undim display tick marks on homeruns based on display wire callouts on homerun. This has caused me confusion in the past and appreciate you explaining that it had no effect.
