Fixed an error updating pipe labels when breaking pipes.
Added option when moving alignment point in an area with pipe risers to move the alignment points in other areas instead of moving pipe risers in the current areas. Previously, moving the alignment point forced the risers to move which was a problem when you needed to update the alignment point location.
