Design Master Electrical RT 1.4.9

Released June 22, 2020.

This update made a change to voltage drop when calculating based upon 80% of panel capacity.

The current option has been renamed Calculate feeder voltage drop based upon 80% of panel capacity. It works the same as before. If set to Yes, the voltage drop on feeders will be based upon 80% of the size of the connected panel or other equipment. If set to No, the voltage drop on feeders is based upon the calculated load of the connected panel or equipment.

A new option named Calculate branch circuit voltage drop based upon 80% of breaker capacity has been added. It works in a similar manner but for branch circuits. If set to Yes, the voltage drop on branch circuits is based upon 80% of the size of the branch circuit breaker size. If set to No, the voltage drop on branch circuits is based upon the load of the devices connected to the circuit.

The default setting for the new branch circuit option is No. That matches previous functionality. Branch circuit voltage drop will be based upon the device load and not the breaker size.
