Annual Payments

Our subscriptions last a year. The prices in the table above are the price when the full year is paid in advance.

Monthly Payments

Monthly payments, charged directly to your credit card, are also available. The price is 5% higher if you choose this option. Monthly payments still require a one-year subscription.

Permanent licenses may be purchased with monthly payments. You will be provided with a subscription license while you are making payments. The final permanent license will be provided when the payments are finished.

Subscription vs Permanent Licenses

Subscription License

A subscription license allows you to use the software for one year. All upgrades and technical support are included during that year. If you wish to continue using the software after the year is complete, you must renew your subscription.

Permanent License

Permanent licenses of the software do not expire. These licenses include support and upgrades for one year. Additional years of support and upgrades are available at the subscription price.

Single-User vs Floating Licenses

Single-User License

A single-user license allows one person to use the software. They may use it on as many different machines as they want. Single-user licenses cannot be shared. Each person who uses the software in your company needs a single-user license.

Floating License

A floating license allows one person to use the software at a time. These are shared licenses that allow multiple different people to use the software, just not at the same time. You are allowed to install the software on laptop or home computers, provided that they are not the primary computers used by anyone for work.

Bundled Licenses (Mechanical, Classic, MEP)

The three bundled licenses (Mechanical, Classic, and MEP) allow a single user to use all the included programs.

If you have one person who is going to be using HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing, you would want to purchase a bundled MEP license.

If you have three people, one who is using HVAC, one who is using Electrical, and one who is using Plumbing, you would need to buy a license for each of those programs. A bundled MEP license would not be able to be used in this situation.

Payment Methods

You can pay by check or credit card.

To pay by check, mail the check to the following address. Your new license file will be sent once the check is received. If your license has expired, we can send you a temporary license while the check is in the mail.

Purchase Orders

You can also pay by purchase order. A temporary 30-day license will be sent when we receive the purchase order. The final license will be sent when we receive the actual payment.
